Individual sought for management and oversight of a team responsible for corporate actions processing within a receiving/paying agent setting
Meraki Talent's client is a leading provider to Financial Services to a wide range of corporate and financial institutions and a thriving business in Leeds.
The purpose of this role is the management and oversight of an operational delivery team responsible for corporate actions processing within a receiving/paying agent setting.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities will be to:
- Assume management responsibility for the daily operations undertaken by the Corporate Actions Delivery team, ensuring that all tasks are completed in line with departmental objectives
- Manage the team and review internal process for efficiencies and improved customer experience
- Ensuring compliance with any regulatory or statutory requirements, industry codes and practices
- Ensure that the operational risks are recognised, managed and monitored for any new or existing Corporate Action business
To be considered, candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a corporate actions team to include a strong understanding of voluntary & mandatory events as well as proven management/supervisory skills. Good experience of the CREST GUI system would also be advantageous and any relevant business exams/qualifications such as IOC would be highly regarded.
