Job Description
The Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is the centralised team which defines and maintains standards for project management within Link Asset Services (LAS). Its objective is to provide support to project managers in the rigorous implementation of standard methods and procedures, leading to efficiencies in the delivery of projects. The PMO will also be responsible for reporting project status and updates to the Link Group Project Approval and Control Committee (PACC).

- Ownership of a PMO Process - Project Planning
- Responsibility for guidance and support of a PMO Process - Project Planning
- Produce monthly financial and/or status reports for all LAS projects to report to key stakeholders
- Project monitoring, tracking and auditing, specifically Dependancy mapping, critical path, slippage and POAP production
- Maintaining all project documentation during projects and archiving at project completion
- Support Project Managers across internal and external projects
- Management of any project financial tracking across projects
- Support the Head of LAS PMO and Executive teams in validation of Project information
- Administrative support, meeting planning and minute taking
- Administration of team mailbox
- Administrative support, meeting planning and minute taking
- Ability to work cross functionally among projects and departments, and within the PMO
Qualifications
Required
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks, demonstrating strong organisational skills
- Track record of demonstrating a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and successfully meeting deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across different levels, both verbally and in writing
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience working in a project environment
- Awareness service management tools such as ServiceNow
- Time management skills to meet agreed targets
Desirable
- Financial services background
- Experience of working in a project environment
- P30
- Formal accreditation in PMI PMBoK or PRINCE2
- Six Sigma and or CMMI
- Advanced MS SharePoint, Project and PowerPoint skills
