DWP place was initiated in 2019 to transform our existing Service Management platform, ServiceNow, to a user centric model that promotes self-service, cost effectiveness and enable colleagues to get much more from their Digital Workplace & deliver a positive impact for colleagues, citizens and taxpayers.
We're introducing new features and capabilities like Automation, Self-Healing and Virtual Agent.
DWP Place operates IT Service Management , Field Service Management , IT Business Management (ITBM), Employee On boarding and Security Incident Response (SIR) on the ServiceNow platform.
Our team has grown to support the demand for continual improvement and major change. We are looking to recruit ServiceNow System Administrators with experience in supporting and maintaining ServiceNow.
You will deal with the day-to-day management and administration of DWP ServiceNow, as well as our Amazon Web Voice capability and supporting infrastructure. This will include providing technical and operational 3rd line support to safeguard the live service.
Your skills:
- Experience of managing and operating a ServiceNow environment including the integration of ServiceNow Platform with other Technologies.
- Experience in operations of ServiceNow application sets Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management.
- Experience of managing releases using the ServiceNow related Software Delivery Lifecycle.
- Effective Communication at different levels, across support and engineering, business users, architecture and 3rd party suppliers.
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator, Developer, Implementation Specialist (or equivalent experience).
