MI Analyst/Performance Manager

A large UK bank are looking for an MI analyst to join their operations team in the midlands.

The role is to support the Management team by gathering, analysing and presenting management information on key data and performance metrics for our Remediation team. This will involve engaging key stakeholders to source and understand metrics affecting the quality/productivity of case handlers and report it on a dashboard suitable for senior management.

Responsibilities include:

• To produce management reports/dashboards to internal and external stakeholders at regular time intervals to include key metrics;
• Develop and calculate key control & performance metrics to Senior Management as required;
• Develop and structure a central repository for receiving and storing MI from across Operations;
• Help identify ways to automate the MI process to enhance reporting;
• Monitor and report mandatory training metrics

Key skills needed

• Strong MI and Data experience
• Strong Financial services experience
• Operations background
