An opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our office in London. Successful candidate will provide support to Head of EMEA Linear Rates & International U.S. Rates & SSA Trading and his Management Team.

This role is part of the FICC trading floor therefor the working hours will be 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Extensive and complex diary management: Coordination of meetings arrangements, logistics and pre-meeting preparations
  • Handling expenses (Concur)
  • Processing of invoices in Ariba
  • Global travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries
  • Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to the business area
  • Working with a "buddy" to provide coverage when absent from the office

Requirements:
  • Previous PA experience within a fast-paced environment in Financial Services
  • Effective time management skills
  • Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong MS office skills
  • Proactive and calm under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Positive attitude
