The role

Banks and financial service firms are turning towards the agile approach in force. As an agile transformation consultant, you will be driving the knowledge, implementation, and coaching, of the agile development approach to a range of projects in financial services at various clients. 

This can be transforming a customer journey or working on a project where we're creating a whole new mobile bank.

We are seeking people with strong project management qualities and banking expertise (retail, core banking, and wealth) to help deliver a range of banking projects in the UK. 

Capco are recruiting Consultants to Senior Managers to build out our practice.  

It will be veryseful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of the agile methodology, with experience in running agile projects from start to finish
  • Practical experience in managing multiple teams and individuals in a range of capacities
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication qualities
  • Ability of facilitating agile meetings and driving projects forward
  • Highly effective relationship management skills, with the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
  • Keen sense of developing, building and coaching the agile methodology
