Your team
You will be working in the front office Quantitative Analytics and Development team in London, reporting into the EMEA Head of Quantitative Analytics and Development. Our role is to provide trading algorithms and execution consultancy for Electronic Trading for equities, ETD, and FX products. Our team is responsible for building top grade, high performance quant trading models, client analytics, and research on market microstructure.

Your expertise
You have:
- At least one degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or mathematics
- Ideally, experience in ETD, FX, and/or equities products
- Very good understanding of data exploration and modelling
- Good understanding of market dynamics and an ability to explain, visualize, and work with large volumes of market data
- Experience in data science, in particular machine learning
- Ideally, experience designing and building algorithmic trading models, and modelling market micro structure

You are:
- Experienced in q/KDB (preferably) or SQL
- Well versed in Computer Science fundamentals and modern software development practices
- Experienced with UNIX utilities and shell scripting
- Ideally, proficient in Java or C++
- Ideally, proficient in at least one of Python, Matlab, and R
- Interested in market structure and trading
- A keen learner who enjoys a challenge
