Analyst/Associate – GBAM COO / Regulatory Deployment and Remediation

Job Description:
We are seeking a member to join the Global Banking and Markets Regulatory Deployment Team to focus on Regulation W. The key priorities will be for the member to become a subject matter expert in Regulation W and increase familiarity in the activities of the Front Line Units. In addition to Reg W, the candidate will have the opportunity to work on the deployment of new and emerging domestic and international regulations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintain the Regulation W program, including overall program health
  • Enhance and improve processes and procedures to reduce manual intervention
  • Provide advice and guidance on matters relating to compliance with Regulation W
  • Provide advice and guidance on the impact of Regulation W on developing regulations and internal policies
  • Proactively develop and maintain relationships with key contacts across the Enterprise
  • Participate in Regulation W Operating Council and Governance Committee Meetings
  • Participate in regulator meetings to discuss the status of the Regulation W program
  • Provide support for the deployment on new and emerging regulations

  • Knowledge of Regulation W
  • High proficiency in data aggregation, integration, and analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into messages targeted to various levels of leadership
  • Excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple competing/concurrent initiatives
