Analyst - Real Estate Debt Origination

Our client is a commercial real estate investment manager, they offer senior and mezz finance (up to 80% LTV) for the acquisition of commercial property in the UK & Continental Europe. Due to continuing expansion they are looking for an analyst with 2-4 years of real estate finance experience gained in a commercial bank, investment bank, debt fund or debt advisory firm.

Reponsibilities:

  • Preparing the detailed models needed for deal acquisition and financing including :
    • Cash flow models and sensitivity analysis
    • IRR calculations
    • Debt structuring
    • Accounting / tax implications
  • Assisting the deal team with any activities that help the deal process, e. g. recording meetings and follow-up actions, following-up on client requests, assisting with papers / proposals to internal Committees.
  • Assisting with the preparation of Heads of Terms and other transaction documentation as required.
  • Preparing and presenting (or assisting with) deal-specific business proposals to existing and potential clients (i.e., pitching).
