•Project coordination of requests for services from our customers
•Working with technical teams to facilitate the execution of security testing assessments
•Maintain and manage external vendor relationships
•Facilitate key reporting metrics to function leaders and customers
•Assist member firms in understanding security testing outputs, facilitating in helping them reduce risk across the network
•Define, maintain and drive process improvements across customer facing interfaces
•Provide guidance, documentation, and metrics related to the practices involved in managing and implementing projects within the organizatio
•Hold and attend project meetings, complete minute taking and follow up on action points in line with PMO activities Your work, your choice

Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a full-time basis. Your professional experience
•Bachelor's degree in a business or cyber security domain (or equivalent); or Candidates with relevant work experience in an appropriate field
•Experience working in a professional environment preferably as part of an operational customer services or security function (Vulnerability management, application testing, penetration testing, Technical Project Management, Service Management, Customer Services)
•Proven experience working with variety of cultures across the globe and have the patience, understanding and empathy to work collaboratively and effectively
•Experience with security testing services (vulnerability managment, penetration testing, code testing)
•Capable of thinking creatively and analytically to prioritise tasks effectively
•Must be able to work under pressure and produce content to tight timelines
•Ability to self-manage, prioritising a variety of tasks
•Excellent planning skills
•Credible stakeholder management and relationship building skill
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate strategic information security topics, policies and standards as well as risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
•Knowledge of common infrastructure and web application vulnerabilities and common vulnerability categorizations such as CVE, CVSS, CWE
•Knowledge of common vulnerability identification & remediation tools would be ideal, such as Qualys, Kenna, Tenable, RiskIQ, Microsoft SCCM and IBM BigFix
•Ability to speak more than one language would be benifical
