This prestigious Real Estate Private Equity business are looking for a Senior Analyst or Associate to support the activities of their Client Relations team. Headquartered in Mayfair, the firm are Pan-European with c.150 employees across a network of offices. They have a flat, non-hierarchical culture and fantastic working environment.

Supporting the Investor Relations team, this role will work with the Investment, Finance and Asset Management teams to acquire and analyse data relevant to client activities such as fundraising, due-diligence and general marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain database of investment information, including ongoing and up-to-date knowledge of the deals themselves
  • Work with the Client Relations team to provide materials and information to clients across the globe
  • Support the drafting and updating of fundraising materials
  • Update marketing materials and client presentations on an ad hoc basis
  • Conduct client analysis to support fundraising / client retention / business growth
  • Participate in meetings and calls with clients, potential clients and consultants
  • Join clients at the semi-annual Advisory Board Meetings
  • Participate in firm strategic meetings for future fundraising

Requirements:

  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Disciplined, diligent and rigorous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced quantitative/analytical skills, able to deal confidently and accurately with large and complex datasets
  • Ability to build and develop relationships quickly (with both junior and senior members of the firm)
  • Be able to apply commercial judgement in order to support key strategic decision-making
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
  • Discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
