A Global Investment Bank is current looking for an Application Support Analyst, where this person will be responsible for supporting the CRM & Analytics Platform for the region.

This person will be responsible for dealing directly with business users (across Fixed Income, Wealth, Asset Management) on the CRM and Analytics platform. The company has recently invested heavily in digitalizing a CRM & Analytics platform and are nearing completion of this in the US and are in the process of replicating this in EMEA.

The current support team is 3 (in the US) who support the CRM and Analytics platform in EMEA but with the digitalization of a new platform the company see a need to bring in a dedicated resource in London.

There would be extensive training on the platform and the company is hiring further individuals into the CRM team in London who this person would work closely with them with opportunities to develop and progress within the company, with an opportunity to get involved in project based work too. This is a highly visable an important role in the business due to this being a new platform being used by senior stakeholders within the organisation.

They have built their CRM system using Salesforce so any experience of this would be beneficial as would supporting mission critical systems (Unix/ Windows), strong SQL, scripting skills also highly desirable.

This will be a standard working day as they have a team currently out in the US and are hiring someone in Asia too (follow the sun model).
