A rare opportunity to join the infrastructure investment platform that has been specifically developed to facilitate long term investment into UK infrastructure by pension schemes. The firm have several billion pounds under management, and have been involved in some of the flagship acquisitions in the space recently.
The firm is reputable infrastructure investor, deploying capital in core assets across economc and social infrastructure (energy, healthcare, telecoms, transportation, utilities). They focus on buy-and-hold investments, typically around the £600m mark, and are currently aiming to deploy £2 billion into UK Infrastructure. They have a highly reputable team all coming from other leading instituions across infrstructure investments and advisory.
This role will report into the Director of Asset Management and will be required to support the function of their portfolio of UK infrastruture assets, ensuring the delivery of the target returns and ris profile sought. You will work to maximise returns and minimise losses at all times, staying well informed of market trends and patterns and will be required to develop and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, including but not limited to funders, clients, and outsourced asset management contractors.
The candidate will hae 3 years of successful expereince in asset managements, prefereally at another infrastructure investor. A track record in financial services is helpul, preferably as an accountant. You must be results driven, and educated to degree level from a russel group or top university.
