Award-winning, independent wealth manager required an Assistant Wealth Planner to support our Wealth Planners with the delivery of Wealth Planning services to new and existing clients.

As an Assistant Wealth Planner at Killik & Co, you will be responsible for supporting Wealth Planners with the delivery of Wealth Planning services to new and existing clients. This role can provide a platform to develop the necessary competencies and qualifications to be able to progress into a Wealth Planner role, however those who are career Paraplanners are also welcomed.

Key Accountabilities

• Production of Planning reports within agreed timescales
• Attend client meetings with Planners, where appropriate
• Technical and product/provider research, as required
• Preparing documents for client meetings and follow up paperwork
• Deal with all forms of client communication, as required by the Planners
• Liaise with Wealth Planning Administrators to ensure all required information is obtained in a timely manner
• Obtain and prepare paperwork required to implement recommended financial planning solutions
• Maintain accurate client file records
• Work with Planners to identify wealth planning opportunities to meet client needs

Qualifications/Experience Required

• Experience of working in a Financial Planning environment
• CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Previous use to Intelliflo or First software is advantageous
• Previous use of Voyant or other cash flow software is advantageous
