We are looking for am ambitious junior professional to join our Client Strategy team within our equities business, The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Client Strategy in delivering business change. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to build a career within the industry, and who is keen to develop themselves and progress. The role also includes administrative support to the team and ad-hoc client interaction. The ideal candidate will be professional, confident, personable with an excellent attention to detail and a willingness to support a busy department with a range of tasks.

Reporting to:

Head of Client Strategy


Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the Head of Client Strategy on ad-hoc requests & projects

2. Preparing and disseminating internal and external reports

3. Organising client documentation to the relevant folders

4. Correspondence with clients & prospects – e.g. documentation for new trials & research agreements

5. Working with Finance to ensure that clients are invoiced on a timely basis

6. Supporting the annual process of renewing research agreements with clients

7. Helping to manage the CRM inbox, actioning incoming requests and some user support

8. Assisting with internal client planning & strategy meetings

9. Attending account reviews in time.

Employment Terms:

  • Monday – Friday, 07:30am – 5:30pm
  • Competitive salary (based on experience) plus annual discretionary bonuses

Skills, Attributes and Credentials:

  • At least 2 years’ experience within financial services environment
  • Experience using a CRM system 
  • Experience in a client facing, customer services or support role essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to demonstrate a proactive and innovative attitude to tasks
  • Organised, detail oriented, and logical
  • Able to plan own time effectively to ensure all information delivered error free and on time
  • Proven track record as effective team member
  • Flexible approach to tasks and workload
  • Able to prioritise key tasks and meet strict deadlines
