Our M&A business services and industrials team to the UK Mid Market is looking for an Associate. Are you looking to join a team with a track record of long term relationships advising growth companies?
What you'll do

• Assist in maintaining and further developing relationships with existing clients, as allocated.
• Prepare client proposals / pitches.
• Prepare and review transaction documentation.
• Communicate with clients, colleagues and regulators as required.
• Assist Associate Directors and Directors in providing advice to corporate clients on their relationships with investors and the market place (especially pertinent for corporate brokers).
• Learn how to develop, market and sell new business ideas to clients in addition to identifying, targeting and winning new clients.

About you

• M&A experience from within a Bank or a Professional Services firm.
• Understanding of financial analysis, valuation and modelling techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, excel and presentation solutions.
• Execution of ideas.
• Internal / external client interaction for business generation.
