Our client is the spin- off of a leading investor in emerging markets insurance providers. The newly formed and high caliber team have already secured significant capital and are now looking to grow with the addition of ambitious M&A professionals. Ideal candidates will be well versed in the insurance space and have a demonstrable interest in emerging markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Contribute significantly to the sourcing and evaluation of potential investment opportunities, including the analysis of business models, key value drivers and investment risks
- Structure, negotiate and implement appropriate financing packages
- Implement value creation strategies and monitor portfolio company performance
YOUR PROFILE: - You will have prior experience from one of the following: investment banking M&A, corporate finance advisory, strategy consulting, corporate development
- You should have prior experience from, or a significant interest in the target investment sectors, with insurance being the most important
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and reporting skills
