About The Role
Role Location: 40 Bank St, Canary Wharf, London E14 5EJ, UK
Role Type: Permanent, full-time

Your role as an Associate Director, Client Solutions is a client-facing sales role to originate and execute corporate FX, Rates, and deposits business to foster revenue growth, increase wallet share and enhance efficiency throughout the various corporate segments. You will manage the entire end to end sales process, from lead generation to pipeline management through deal execution. You will work hand-in-hand with DCM coverage and be involved in large scale program transactions as well as opportunistic issuance. This role will report directly to the Head of Client Solutions E&A and will be based in London.
Some of the key accountabilities include:
  • Identify opportunities for new FX, rates and DCM business that may evolve through client conversation or outside-in analysis so as to enable new business or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Pitch, market, and execute flow and strategic rates and FX transactions, as well as deposits in multiple currencies, and any other markets-related transactions as appropriate.
  • Execute full sales cycle of transactions, including origination of new business opportunities through to execution and documentation, working with Relationship officers, Enablement partners, and Head of E&A Client Solutions.
  • Execute transactions on behalf of clients and respond to client interests in a timely manner with accurate and appropriate level of detail.
  • Think and act strategically to promote cross-sell and support the team and increase the number of Markets products distributed into existing client base.
  • Expand existing accounts, develop new account strategies and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Work with Relationship Managers, Product Partners, and Clients to understand client’s risk exposures and develop appropriate risk management solutions for the client.
About You
Skills, qualifications and experience:
  • 5 years of experience in FX or interest rate derivative sales
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and cash flow management or demonstrates an ability to understand and analyse client’s business and financials. CFA or MBA is an advantage
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiating skills that can be used in motivating, influencing and advising key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Team player with strong work ethic and growth mindset. Organised, disciplined approach to client coverage
  • Experience in FX, FXO & structuring capabilities in G10 currencies and FX online platforms preferred
