Company Secretarial Assistance

  • Building out and implementing a new corporate governance process for the new UK subsidiary, including templates, procedures, board meeting agenda and schedules
  • Ensuring good information flows within the Board and Board Committees of the UK Subsidiary and between directors and senior management
  • Assisting in the day to day administration of the Company Secretary function for the UK Subsidiary including:
    • Preparation of Board and Committee packs and management information
    • Drafting minutes and resolutions for the Board, Board Committee and executive meetings; and
    • Maintaining statutory books and forms
  • Assisting with onboarding of new directors of the UK subsidiary
  • Assisting with the evaluation process of directors for the UK Subsidiary on an annual basis
  • Providing support to the Legal team on various matters
  • Previous Company Secretarial experience essential, preferably in a regulated financial institution

  • Law degree desirable

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Trustworthy and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Must be a motivated self-starter and work collaboratively within a team

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
