For the initial start of this contract, the ideal candidate will hit the ground running, immediately acting as liaison to integrate HR system upgrades across the bank; both interdepartmental and interdepartmental communication will be instrumental to the success of this position. Engagement with stakeholders, and an ability to ensure project plans maintain their successful delivery throughout their duration, will be expected from day one and will continue as the role progresses.
It is essential that the candidate has previous demonstrable VBA knowledge and has instigated systems modelling to build complex tools, mainly using Excel.
Prior knowledge of systems – such as Oracle, SuccessFactors, and comparable HR systems – will be necessary in order to work to the time frames required in the role.
The role will also focus on implementing new HR training across the bank, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and has a successful track record of delivering projects on time and to budget
