Business Analyst, AVP, Treasury Technology, £68k A leading corporate and investment bank is looking for a business analyst to deliver ring fencing requirements within the treasury technology department. The business analyst will be involved in the end-to end management of the project from the initial analysis to resolving issues within UAT and migration issues. This is one of the top priority programmes within the business, requiring interactions with stakeholders, front office, operations, risk, finance and other technology groups.

A leading corporate and investment bank is looking for a business analyst to deliver ring fencing requirements within the treasury technology department. The business analyst will be involved in the end-to end management of the project from the initial analysis to resolving issues within UAT and migration issues. This is one of the top priority programmes within the business, requiring interactions with stakeholders, front office, operations, risk, finance and other technology groups.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be working with the treasury business to determine BRDs and translate into functional specifications
  • Identification and documentation of state business processes and infrastructure changes
  • You will work with technology partners on system designs
  • You will be involved in creating test plans and test scenarios
  • You will run meetings and workshops
  • Project management of discrete deliverables

Key Skills And Experience

  • Business analysis experience in an international bank or consulting firm
  • Strong understanding of derivatives and securities products within investment banking
  • Creation of business analysis assignments (business requirements gathering and testing)
  • Extensive experience in writing technical and functional specifications
  • Strong experience in writing and carrying out system/user test scripts
  • Experience of technical and data analysis skills
  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
  • Experience in agile delivery is desirable
  • Experience in some project management is desirable
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle would be a bonus
  • Good understanding of treasury functions would be a bonus
