In this position you have the unique opportunity to work closely with the Global COO, the Global COO leadership team and other members of the Global COO Office. You will get top management insights across the Global COO functions including IT, Risk Management, Operations, Legal & Compliance as well as the regional COO areas. Through frequent interactions with senior management, the Business Analyst will gain knowledge and exposure across all aspects of the business as well as across all geographies.

Role & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will consist of both the day-to-day duties of the Global COO Office and project responsibilities relating to key initiatives. Examples of the responsibilities include:
• Interact with stakeholders across COO functions and the wider firm to prepare meetings, coordinate agendas, conduct analyses and prepare presentations
• Assist with the delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses
• Participate in projects requiring the attention or representation of the Global COO
• Prepare and follow up external and internal meetings, such as the Global COO Committee and other top management meetings

Experience / Knowledge Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably asset management
• Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in daily interaction with senior management
• Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop a network in short amount of time
• Able to quickly understand multiple topics, to multi-task and work beyond a defined framework
• Ability to work efficiently and drive high-quality results
• Be a self-starter, able to take initiative, and work with minimum supervision
• Fluent in spoken/ written English, additional language capabilities are a plus
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (esp. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
