Role Description
  • Support the Liquidity Premium workstreams and deliver enhancements to the Omnia platform consistent with our users' requirements
  • Improve business finance's client profitability reporting capability by successfully delivering components
  • Provide the business with more accurate client return insights that support commercial decision making
  • Leverage wider finance change programmes and technology to ensure consistency and drive efficiency
  • Understand business models and help translate this into business requirements for IT
  • Manage stakeholders expectations; this is a global programme spanning two global business with conflicting priorities
  • Ensure management information is provided to and easily understood by programme lead, senior management, Steering committees
  • Leads a matrix management team, secures resources when needed, and leverage team member competencies to promote project interests and completion of objectives
  • Ensures project meets business requirements, and that processes are running as designed. Manages the scope of projects.
  • Control of issues, risks, assumptions and timelines
  • Establishing best practices for development
  • Leading Proof of Concept exercises for planning and reporting
  • Monitors the effectiveness of a project on a day-to-day basis, using specialist knowledge to make operational improvements as opportunities permit
  • Working collaboratively with relevant teams

Skills and Expertise
  • Good understanding of Credit Risk RWAs and Capital.
  • In-depth understanding of Liquidity Premium and Asset and Liability Management
  • Good understanding of the drivers of credit risk (e.g. PD, LGD, EAD, TTM, etc..)
  • Familiarity with the Credit Application process
  • Excellent data modelling skills
  • Excellent Excel and SQL skills
  • Strong Business Analysis skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship skills and worked in a client relationship role e.g. consulting
  • Understands the full project lifecycle from requirements through to implementation
  • Well-developed project management, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of formal project management methods e.g. Prince 2 (desirable)
  • Ability to professionally and effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of management
  • Has an appreciation for business and technical architecture
  • Understands the full project lifecycle from requirements through to implementation
