Role Description

  • Support our clients in realising their vision and enabling strategic transformation
  • Engage with key stakeholders to define a set of executable objectives with associated KPIs
  • Drive the definition of design principles to guide the target state design activities
  • Collect current state documentation and perform analysis to identify pain points
  • Design high-level operating model across process, organisation and technology components
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes
  • Write detailed requirements and process maps using industry wide tools (BPM tool, JIRA, Blueprint, etc.)  
  • Assess the gap from current state and define a roadmap for implementation
  • Plan and drive the implementation activities using Agile methodology and tools

Skills & Expertise
 

  • Operating Model Design & Requirement Definition
    • Experience performing current state analysis
    • Experience in defining vision and designing operating models
    • Experience in modelling processes using industry wide BPM tools
    • Experience writing detailed requirements using industry wide tool (JIRA, Blueprint, etc.)
  • Analytical Skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information into logical concepts
  • Ability to shape and design structured deliverables
  • Ability to bridge the gap between high-level vision and detailed requirements  
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders to define vision, objectives and KPIs
  • Experience running medium to large workshops with SMEs to collect and validate requirements
  • Experience engaging with technology to define target architecture
  • Good understanding of the key functions within the Capital Markets
  • Experience delivering in a fast-paced working environment
