About Wholesale Lending Technology

Wholesale Lending Technology supports the transformation of the Wholesale Lending Business, for which the current state infrastructure has an over reliance on legacy platforms, high levels of remediation costs and lacks automation and straight through processing. We aim to consolidate and upgrade existing infrastructure to eliminate remediation efforts, support risk weighted assets (RWA) reduction strategies by improving data quality and MIS for decision making, decommission 70% of applications, and provide a consistent end to end processing platform for the business. This will improve client experience through a simplified customer journey, self service capabilities and will reduce cycle times and cost to serve.

  • Planning and facilitating requirements gathering sessions with the global loans front and middle office teams.
  • Capturing and preparing business and functional requirements using structured analysis techniques.
  • Facilitating business comprehension and sign off of requirements documentation.
  • Managing business interaction through iterative development and testing cycles.
  • Providing test execution for Quality Assurance and Integration testing.

Person Specification

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong Business Analysis experience
  • Demonstrated outstanding capabilities in presentation, facilitation, negotiation, analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience with JIRA/Excel/Visio/PowerPoint/Balsamiq

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Ability to plan and manage time and resources, establish priorities and meet goals
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and excellent communication
  • Ability to handle face to face discussions with senior business users.
  • Finance experience preferred - loan servicing experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of syndication/origination is a plus
  • Knowledge with ACBS/LoanIQ preferred
  • Experience on a team using Agile project management strongly preferred
  • Good experience with automated unit testing and TDD strongly preferred
