We have two vacancies for Business Analysts. The Business Analyst will be responsible for requirements gathering, implementing the Broadridge Suite of applications and conducting client training. He/she will have a background implementing fund management or banking software applications and will have a good understanding of front office terminology and operational requirements.

The Business Analyst is responsible for:

General Responsibilities

  • Requirements gathering
  • Defining business workflows
  • Specification for third party integrations
  • Front end configuration of the Broadridge Suite of applications to client specification
  • Conducting training sessions
  • Troubleshooting

Implementation Activities

  • Assist Project Managers in documenting client processes and advice on solutions resulting in improved day to day client experience
  • Communicate with Developers on enhancements and procedural changes
  • Support clients during day-to-day post-conversion functions and assist with training Support on client specific customisations
  • Work closely with Clients and Project Managers internally and externally, ensuring all deadlines are met

Specialised Requirements

  • Degree-level (Computing / Mathematics / Economics)
  • IMC or CFA certified would be ideal
  • Have a minimum 5 years of Services experience within the Financial Services Industry (buy-side)
  • Experience with Front Office products, Order Management and / or Portfolio Management Systems
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and experience working with asset management buy-side organisations
  • Experience implementing front office products such as  Eze / Tradar, Enfusion, Sophis, Imagine or BIMS products.
  • Analytical skills
  • Superior problem solving skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks / projects under pressure with conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including telephone skills
  • Ability to adapt to clients changing needs and wants, within a widely varied client base
  • Basic understanding of SQL, C#, VB, .Net, Windows Server is a bonus
