Business Development - Agency Lending, VP

Business development and for Securities Finance Agency Lending in EMEA.

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy in line with the overall Agency Lending strategy and goals. (10%)
  • Create and execute a marketing plan to target prospective clients, including conferences, corporate entertainment, ads, media articles, etc. (10%)
  • Work with the Sector Solutions and SSGS teams to pro-actively identify potential new clients and add them to the lending program, leading SLAA negotiations and ensuring that onboarding is completed efficiently. (50%)
  • Manage the RFP process in conjunction with the SSGM RFP team and Sector Solutions, including regular reviews of the RFP response database and the creation of bespoke proposals when required. (25%)
  • Minimise risk to clients and the Securities Finance program by identifying and resolving any potential operational issues. (5%)
  • Securities Finance has committed to conducting its UK Money Market activities in adherence with the principles of the Bank of England Money Markets Code of Conduct.
