Business Development Director position at a leading Talent Services and Workforce Solutions Consultancy. Spearheading growth primarily across UK, EU (Central Europe) and medium term USA (East Coast).

 

It’s a great opportunity to get involved in building out the UK & European area of the business, and have a real impact on how the company moves forward and expands. It comes with a significant amount of responsibility and you’ll be reporting directly to the CEO/COO.

Summary:

 

Expand the Group talent services (Managed Services, Outsourcing, MSP, RPO) to existing and newly identified large corporates and multinational clients in new locations and geographies.
Lead and manage the team to deliver goals and objectives to achieve revenue and market growth.
Evolve the brand and services and to market to be globally recognised in its sector
Be innovative and develop a best in class offering and solutions for clients
Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to identify new services & technologies which will increase the business footprint in their markets
Excellence in delivery of large scale services and contracts

 

Relevant experience:

Proven experience with Business Development / Sales in a Services industry
Demonstrable experience within a commercial environment
Able to operate with a high level of autonomy and authority
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team
