Our client a City based, market-leading Asset Management business is looking to add to it's fun, very successful and highly respected Internal BDM Team. IBDM's must be highly motivated, articulate, personable individuals who thrive whilst working in a fast paced sales team. Due to a real demand for its award winning investment products the team is rapidly expanding and they aim to provide a level of technical expertise, commercial support and a personal service that is unrivalled across the industry.

These positions are based in the Head Office in the City and will focus on the management and development of existing adviser and other third party relationships. Individuals will be expected to build a client base, implement new sales and marketing campaigns, help educate and advise introducers and empower them to solve their clients' needs and also to present to IFA's and attend conferences and seminars when required. These roles will provide the successful candidates the opportunity to earn very good money with generous basic salaries and uncapped quarterly and annual bonuses whilst working for a highly respected brand with award winning products that clients love working with. It is a very entrepreneurial business that requires the very best, driven, consultative sales people with a winning mentality. Ideally candidates will have 1-4 years' sales/business development experience with a proven track record and the desire to constantly deliver and exceed targets for a forward thinking, constantly evolving group.
