Job Description

Within the space of 2 years, our cash service has grown to nearly £200m under management, tripling in size in the last 12 months. We are continuing to increase the head count of the team, which has doubled over the same period.
A successful candidate will be a fast-learner, solutions-driven, professional and tenacious. We are still carving out the way we work, so you will also need to be a strong team player and most importantly - a builder!


To be successful in this position you should:
  • Have a proven track record in identifying and closing leads in a phone-based sales role
  • Maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline, including forecasting future inflows
  • Research and develop phone-sales strategies to help improve the distribution methodology
  • Be able to work in a cross-functional environment to close new business
  • Be autonomous on top of working with other BDMs
  • Have experience in finance, and having worked with financial advisers being a bonus
  • Have outstanding people and communication skills
  • Be a self-starter and hands-on, with the ability to drive sales process end-to-end
  • Have a strong problem-solving and creative commercial approach
