Are you looking to work for a well-established business that is looking to set up an office in the London to capitalise on the UK & European markets? This is a Lending Automation & Credit Processing solutions software business that operates in over 20 countries and has more than 35,000 users. This dynamic business is looking for a Business Development Manager to be the first person on the ground, that is entrepreneurial in their approach and is looking to help build out a region for a rapidly growing business.

What you will be doing

  • Developing the company’s sales and market share in her/his assigned territory by selling its products in accordance with their global strategy.
  • Developing relationships with key clients at all levels
  • Driving new business sales across the UK, France, Germany and Eastern European markets
  • Building a sound sales pipeline of potential opportunities
  • Collaborating with Professional Services, Product and Pre-sales to ensure client requirements can be met and successfully closure on new business deals

What you bring

  • Entrepreneurial in your approach, you have a proven track record in building out a new market/region
  • Proven sales experience serving the financial software
  • Solid knowledge of the banking industry, ideally experience in Credit Risk
  • The ability to pitch/negotiate at C-level within a tier 1 financial institutions and a demonstrable track record of closing new business sales at this level
  • Fluency in another European language
