Role: TS EMEA Client Service Lead for Legal Entity Strategy

Role Description

The role is part of the TS EMEA Client Service organisation reporting to Regional Executive. The role will focus on the strategic planning and delivery of our service solution as part of the broader LE Strategy program.

The TS EMEA LE Strategy Team's mission is to support the EMEA and Global Treasury Services Businesses in:

  • The delivery of large, complex and cross line of business transformation programmes
  • Managing and coordinating the business response to external political and economic events
  • The delivery of business change required to support risk and regulatory commitments
  • Identification and delivery of improvements which streamline and enhance internal business processes
  • Remediation of ongoing issues with significant client or business impacts
The responsibilities of the TS EMEA Client Service Lead for LE Strategy role will include;

  • Defining the strategic plan for the TS Client Service organisation to support TS clients through the impact of LE Strategy;
  • Ensuring that the strategic approach mitigates impact on our clients and continues to facilitate business progression;
  • Maintaining a strong detailed understanding of the broader LE Strategy program and ensuring the strategic direction for Client Service meets broader program requirements;
  • Defining and building a model that will support clients and CSAMs through the various waves of migration activity;
  • Engaging with senior Product, Operations, Technology, Sales and LE Strategy partners in defining the strategic approach and support model mechanism;
  • Engaging with senior global TS Client Service Leads to ensure approach meets global requirements
  • Building a mechanism to track progress and develop business and client satisfaction metrics that measure success against key progress milestones;
  • Providing global coordination for successful execution of LE strategy.
Required Skills/Experience

  • Proven record of strong project/program management and strategic thinking
  • Agile approach to project delivery
  • Strong communication skills to deliver complex concepts to a wide audience, including senior audiences
  • Strong people management skills
  • Knowledge of TS products and clients
