Candidates will need to demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the full lifecycle of a CLO product along with fund accounting principles (NAVs), stress testing, running hypo's etc. The successful candidate (in both instances) will be seen as the 'go-to-person' for all CLO related matters internally and externally. As time goes on, there may be potential for the team to grow around you however, that will depend on business performance etc. You will need to be comfortable with senior stakeholder management along with driving key strategic initiatives. We are keen to engage with candidates who've a minimum of 5 - 7 years' relevant experience with CLOs. That being said, junior candidates should not be put off from sending their CV across as the structured credit space continues to be busy for us.
