We are in search of world's foremost Software Developers to help us take our systems to the next level. Most of our systems are written in C++ on Linux adapted for the low latency / high performance world. So, we have broad range of Software engineering challenges for the right person. Our team is comprised of diverse set of highly skilled engineers from a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels. You will be able to work well as part of a high-performing engineering team and will demonstrate a proven ability to create high-quality C++ software.

Role Profile:

Work with internal trading desks, risk, compliance, and other technology teams to drive and deliver software and functional innovations in order to maintain industry leadership and competitive advantage in the electronic trading space. Day to Day work will include interfacing with business units to gather and translate business requirements into technical specification and solutions, programming in C++, code/design review, QA, deployment, production management.

Candidate should be able to work with people from various backgrounds and be well rounded. Ideal candidate will have a bachelors and a master degree in computer science or related fields, have at least 3 years of working experience in designing, developing, and managing large scale, enterprise level and low latency C++ applications.

Prior experience must include programming in C++ on Linux Operating system. Expertise and hands on experience with trading technologies such as financial protocols (i.e. FIX, OUCH, Itch, BOE), OS internals, Performance tuning of applications is a plus.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field
  • 3 or more years of C++ development
  • Low latency C++ development is a plus
  • Knowledge of FPGA (Verilog or VHDL) is a big plus
  • Experience working on C++ applications in a Linux environment
  • Experience working with support aspects of running trading applications
  • Track record of consistent on-time project delivery
  • Ability to manage work and plan deliverables in a structured manner (project planning)
  • Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks and many administrative details in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently
  • Strong verbal and written skills required to interact with global teams and customers
  • Self-motivated
