  • Help frame customer or colleague problems, define opportunities, develop hypotheses, and document product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution concepts.

  • Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder engagement, user research, usability testing, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.

  • Support prioritization by evaluating customer value, business value, technical feasibility, risk, effort, and evidence from product, customer, operational, and business data.

  • Help define product outcomes, KPIs, success measures, dashboards, launch measurement, and post-launch learning plans in partnership with product and analytics teams.

  • Analyze customer, product, operational, and business data to identify trends, insights, opportunities, and recommendations that improve customer or colleague experiences.

  • Collaborate across product, engineering, design, analytics, risk, security, operations, finance, and business teams to explore product concepts, prototypes, APIs, platform capabilities, roadmap tradeoffs, and implementation considerations.

  • Evaluate how AI or automation could improve a customer journey, colleague experience, internal product, analytics practice, documentation workflow, or team process while applying responsible AI and human-in-the-loop practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated interest in technology, product management, digital products, customer experience, AI-enabled products, data-informed decision-making, or enterprise platform concepts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate information, identify patterns, form hypotheses, and develop clear recommendations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain ideas, product decisions, insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders.

  • Experience through coursework, projects, internships, research, student organizations, or extracurricular activities that demonstrate leadership, organization, customer focus, product-oriented thinking, data literacy, or technical fluency.

  • Must have a graduation date in 2027

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, product roadmaps, user stories, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, prioritization discussions, risk awareness, or delivery metrics.

  • Exposure to customer research, design thinking, user-centered design, usability testing, journey mapping, product experimentation, launch measurement, post-launch learning, or accessibility practices.

  • Familiarity with technical product concepts, APIs, platform products, data flows, system integrations, SDLC practices, implementation considerations, change management, or release management.

  • Experience using customer insights, dashboards, KPIs, experimentation, product metrics, operational insights, or quantitative and qualitative evidence to support evidence-based product decisions.

  • Interest in AI-enabled product management practices, including generative AI, intelligent automation, AI-assisted discovery or analysis, product analytics, responsible AI usage, and human-in-the-loop validation.

  • Experience using productivity, collaboration, analytics, design, product management, or project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

  • Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, resilience, learning agility, customer focus, technical fluency, data literacy, and passion for building technology products that create meaningful customer and business value.
