Job Purpose:

This is an intermediate/ senior position within the client reporting team, requiring the individual to assist and lead (when required) on engagements with the client facing and technology teams on all matters relating to client reports and factsheets.

Key Responsibilities:

•To co-ordinate the onboarding process for new clients and fund/product launches from a reporting perspective, both within client reporting and with key stakeholders.
•To play a lead role in requirements gathering with the client facing and technology teams on the development and delivery of new reporting templates as they arise.
•To be proactively involved in projects impacting the client reporting team and to co-ordinate the team testing efforts for project and BAU enhancements.
•To lead engagement with the data governance team on all client reporting data issues.
•To assist with the production of all existing reporting and factsheet commitments.
•To actively participate and play a lead role in cross training requirements across the client reporting team.
•To be a SME in the Vermilion reporting system.
•To identify and deliver process improvements which will improve the team service delivery without adding risk.
•To oversee team procedure manuals and ensure they are always current.
•To oversee the team audit responsibilities, covering internal task logs and engagement with internal and external auditors.
•To oversee the team vendor management responsibilities for both internal and external services, ensuring review meetings are taking place and all documentation is regularly updated. Assist in the management the relationship between the team and its service providers, ensuring good performance and appropriate monitoring
