A leading Financial Services client is looking for a proven Change Lead to join their internal Talent & Organisation team as their Change and Organisation Design offering is one of their key growth areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support change management workstreams through the entire cycle of complex Change/Transformation programmes, using various methodologies
- Support the design and delivery of Organisational Design and Change projects
- Develop the growth internally within the Organisational Design and Change practice
Skills Required:
- Proven experience working in Change Management and/or Organisational Design within Financial Services
- MUST Financial Services Sector experience: Experience delivering Change/Op Model/Org Design projects
- Experience across organisational assessment, capability mapping, organisational structure and design, organisational governance, change management etc
- Demonstrable ability to proactively build relationships and manage stakeholders
- Strong MS Office skills: PowerPoint; Word etc
