A leading fund manager is seeking an expert Charles River BA with functional knowledge and the ability to maintain all areas of the CRD environment. Experience with working to the latest (V17+) versions as well as extensive use of MWB is preferable. This is within a Global Team.

This person will have expert business knowledge with in-depth understanding of the trading lifecycle and portfolio management techniques, they are also expected to have good SQL coding skills. 

  • Accomplished at presenting and delivering to senior stakeholders
  • Working closely with London trading and portfolio management business
  • Delivering best practice solutions for CRD environment
  • Helping to deliver on putting CRD back in its box
  • Managing 3rd party consultants
  • 3rd line CRD support during UK business hours
  • Performance tuning CRD – queries, blotters, MWB

Skills Required

  • Substantial professional experience working with CRD V9+
  • Ability to build and configure a new CRD system including MWB and New MWB
  • Experience working in a global team
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Expert knowledge of derivatives and derivative lifecycle a major plus
  • SQL knowledge and comfortable writing triggers, procs, functions, queries
  • Demonstrated advanced analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to meet with clients of varying levels to gather, document, and analyse system specifications and requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others in team environment
  • Possesses expert level of business, product and/or system knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi task across multiple projects
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience working in front office tech teams in the Financial Services Industry
  • Ability to work as a self starter with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience providing estimation for moderate to complex efforts
  • Adaptable and able to learn quickly
