As a Client Associate in the Banking Sector, you will be part of the firm’s Consulting Services team.

Client Associates are held accountable for the production and development of client reports and deliverables.  Individuals in this position work closely with experienced Client Associates to support our global consulting team and the development of our research-based consulting programs.  In our effort to provide global financial institutions with excellent service and insight, Client Associates are expected to be extremely organized and detail-oriented in their approach.  Technical expertise, quantitative inclination, strong communication skills and problem solving ability are also critical to success and advancement. 

Principal Accountabilities

  • Provide support for senior team members and consultants in the setup, preparation, and validation of client reports and deliverables
  • Work with Product Managers, other Client Associate(s), and Research Associate(s) to support the development of research-based consulting programs including, but not limited to:
    • Updating and validating questionnaire content
    • Analyzing research content for quality and consistency
    • Creating and reconciling report specifications
  • Review, edit, and analyze written market commentary
  • Support the development of custom client analyses and data requests
  • Proactively organize, track, and report status on team-wide tasks and initiatives
  • Become an expert on research products, reports, and processes in order to take on client facing responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and foster teamwork and collaboration
  • Demonstrate talent development skills to mentor, coach, and train new Client Associates
  • Demonstrate expanding industry knowledge of financial marketplace


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
