This is an amazing opportunity to join an energetic and exciting Global Payments team with a great working atmosphere. Our client requires a fluent French speaker who will be tasked with responding to client enquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
The Client Associate will serve as the first point of contact for the Financial Advisory company clients and will be expected to build strong relationships with these clients.
The Client Associate will connect the Financial Advisory firm’s clients with the necessary teams within the Global Payments Business including Trading, Operations, Sales, IT and Correspondent banking.
The Client Associate will work with the Global Payments team and various other teams including Client Management, Client Services, Operations and Production support, in order to provide clients with a first rate level of support.
The Client Associate will support with the onboarding process of new clients and visiting clients offices where necessary.
The Client Associate will work in partnership with the Global Client Management team on the Financial Advisory’s business projects and enterprises.
The Client Associate will be responsible for tracking and reporting customer metrics.
Fluent in French is essential.
Keen to pursue a career within Financial Services particularly within Client Management / Client Services and experience from a relevant Financial Services background is desirable.
At least 1 years’ experience working in a client focussed position is desirable.
Recent graduates will also be considered.
A passion for client services and a willingness to want to grow within this specific role. Previous client support experience is an advantage.
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
