The role holder will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of new (or amended) reporting requirements for new or existing investors. This will require liaison with stakeholders and delivery teams for the lifecycle of each delivery. The scope will include pooled fund investors and separately managed accounts globally across the public and private platforms. Where necessary, the role holder will also be required to be a central point of contact within GCO to coordinate responses to complex client requests, queries or issues.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Establish a framework to interpret, assess and document new reporting requirements, and track progress through to delivery (including capturing requests that come in after the initial P&S memo)
  • Work with GTO teammates to ascertain feasibility and development resource requirements, prioritisation and delivery timeframe
  • Work with GCO teammates to ascertain production resource impact in both the short and long term (if a manual solution is required initially)
  • Act as a contact point between GTO and stakeholders to address development queries and testing throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular updates to GCO management and stakeholders
  • Perform a periodic review of the reporting categories detailed within the P&S memo
  • Ensure tasks and responsibilities are understood and fully documented within and outside of GCO (this would include adding tasks to PCS or alternative deadline tracking system).
  • Ongoing - monitor GCO deliverable deadline adherence and escalate missed deliverables
  • Where necessary, act as a contact point between GCO and stakeholders to address client queries / requests in a timely manner
  • Where necessary, monitor & document GCO remediation activities (short and long term) on client service issues

Desired Skills

  • Organisation – ability to track multiple concurrent requests, document clearly and adherence to deadlines  
  • Communication – clear, confident and credible in the way they present to and liaise with key / senior stakeholders
  • Experience with cross team coordination / liaison
  • Experience working within a project team
  • Broad understanding of technical terminology
  • Knowledge of existing clients deliverable production processes
