Client Executive Analyst, AVP
Who we are looking for:
An Individual who are able to support -

Communication and Client Events (DDQ's, Agendas, presentation decks, executive briefings, Leading, managing client calls, coordination of client requests.
Commercial Terms and Economic Controller (Strategic planning and renegotiation support, supporting fee process, salesforce support, data aggregation, supporting client communications - letters etc.

Internal Team Mandates & Client Deliverables attend Deal Team, fee exception committees, creation and management of client packs along with SLA's - Project management of internal initiatives and tracking to completion

What you will be responsible for:
As Client Executive Analyst you will:
  • Manage the CE support team on a daily basis ensuring distribution of work and managing deadlines appropriately
  • Provide appropriate metrics on the projects and tasks spanning the team
  • Hold team meetings and update meeting with internal sponsors
  • Support the Client Executive Team on a daily basis with ad hoc support
  • Project Management including communicating, tracking and facilitating open items and issues
  • Leading / organizing standing calls
  • Facilitating client requests across Legal Finance CDM, AMS etc.
  • Manage client monthly presentations, board presentations, DDQ and other questionnaires
  • Support the Salesforce system from a data and data perspective
  • Support in drafting Legal documentation
  • Attend Deal Team and committees as appropriate
