SEI are seeking a skilled accounting professional to join a rapidly growing alternative asset servicing team. Based in London and working closely with a senior group of business development and client service professionals, this is a rare opportunity to gain experience and exposure working with some of the most prominent asset managers in the alternatives industry. The role will present a challenging, stimulating and varied portfolio of work; with implementation projects which will see client alternative investment funds on-boarded into SEI systems and service teams.

What you'll do:
› Assist with the implementation of new business
› Lead accounting conversions for any new business/clients
› Liaising with new and existing clients and related third parties
› Assist with the development of reporting packages for new including:
o Investment IRR
o Waterfall calculations
› Develop suite of Investor reporting notices for all new clients
› Produce client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines
› Assist implementing new technology within the European office
› Assist producing procedures to ensure funds are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
› Assist with training client operations team on new technology related to their SEI funds
› Maintain a good working relationship with external clients as well as with internal relationship teams and    other business units within SEI

Best Practice:
› Maintain a good working knowledge of relevant industry reporting standards, regulatory changes and SEI products & services
› Adhere to all relevant FCA requirements and compliance; and
› Any other ad-hoc projects as required.

What you'll bring to the table:

› Previous experience multicurrency accounting, limited partnership accounting and open and closed-ended alternative investment fund products would be extremely beneficial
› Strong accounting background and knowledge of accounting standards in particular IFRS / US GAAP
› Knowledge of Investment (Financial) Services industry in Europe
› Knowledge of general ledger software solutions for alternative investment funds desirable
