An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading asset manager on an initial 12 month FTC. The successful candidate will be a member of Change Management within a Client reporting team implementing changes to the regulated fund ranges. The organisation are taking their ESG responsibilities very seriously and are seeking to implement this in every faucet of the business. The successful candidate will be a key part of that.

The Role

  • Working with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritise change and organise resources to deliver priorities
  • Liaise closely with Onboarding and Client Experience as well as other global teams to support new business and business-led reporting change
  • Manage an allocation of projects and change requests through the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, planning, testing, implementation and handover
  • Identification and implementation of solutions to mitigate risk, increase automation and standardisation
  • Escalations of issues and delays of any projects being monitored
  • Representation of the Client Reporting function on Project working groups
  • Manage applicable reg change, liaising with business units ensuring all applicable tasks are set up and fully tested with deadlines set
  • UAT testing and appropriate review and sign off alongside maintenance and supporting documentation

The Candidates

  • Candidates without prior project management within Financial Services, sadly cannot be considered for this role.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations (UCITS, AIFMD, Solvency II, MIFID II, PRIIPs and CTI etc) is essential
  • Proven performance under pressure
  • Experience of Blackrock Aladdin, Vermillion or other automated reporting systems, Morningstar Publishing Service for Factsheet production is highly desirable
  • Vendor Management and system transitions
  • Any relevant professional qualifications will be beneficial
  • Detailed knowledge of Global securities, investment strategies, market data and fund/ investment schemes is essential
  • Outstanding communication skills

This is an exciting role for a project manager with a background in Client reporting, performance and ESG to make valuable input into a number of unique projects which will change the way the organisation works.
