My client is a technology company which provides cloud-based solutions which create efficiency and mitigate risk of post-trade processing in the OTC Derivatives space. They require an ambitious multilingual individual to join their client services team.

Key responsibilities include:

·​ Fluent in English and one other language (German, Italian, Spanish, French) 

· Build rapport and good working relationships with clients, engaging via email, telephone and face to face

· Train clients on any new functionality and guide them through quarterly refreshes of the platform

· Attend meetings with the sales and relationship managers and act as a point of contact for all queries and escalations on a daily basis

· Manage client risk and issues through dedicated Client Service

· Identify any opportunities to up-sell, improve the client experience or upgrade the service, and proactively identify to the correct teams internally

· Play an active part in relevant projects and attend conferences and client events when necessary

· Ensure you keep abreast of development in the industry and updates on regulatory initiatives


Key requirements include:

· Knowledge of OTC derivatives & the impacts of EMIR/Dodd-Frank would be preferable but not essential

· Language skills - fluent in english and another language (German, Spanish, Italian and French) someone who speaks more than 2 languages is preferred

· Exposure to clients in a previous role, this could be in client services in banking or user support in a more technical product/service

· Some technical/mathematical/quantitative skills would be beneficial

· You are likely to be intrigued by and interested in technology and how it can find efficiency/mitigate risk in the investment banking industry

· Experience working in relevant markets e.g. collateral management would be highly beneficial

· An enthusiastic approach with a passion about providing first-rate, reliable client support is essential.
