Do you have what it takes to be at the forefront of Transact, the UK’s leading Platform provider? Are you passionate about building positive relationships? Would you like to be challenged within a company that invests in you and your development? If so, then we have a brilliant opportunity for Client Service Managers to join our business in September.

A little about us…

First established in 2000, Transact is the leading independent investment wrap platform in the UK. However don’t just take our word for it, listen to our customers who have voted us number 1 in the Core Data, Investment Trends and Platforum, ‘Best Overall Platform’, surveys for the past 6 years in a row!

With this success comes great responsibility and we have £29.7 billion of funds under direction in over 154,000 client investment portfolios that we look after every day. These are held within various financial products including ISAs, SIPPs, Personal Pensions and Investment Bonds. Our service includes an online platform, owned and built by us, and dedicated regional adviser support to bring assets and investments together in a smarter, more tax efficient way.

But what really sets us apart is our commitment to our people. Once we employ ‘the best people’, we want to keep them. From day one we will invest heavily in your training and development with a comprehensive training programme along with support in your day to day role and sponsorship to complete relevant financial professional qualifications such as the IOC and CII.

About the role…

The service we provide our customers, financial advisors, is at the forefront of everything we do, therefore your main responsibility when you join Transact as a Client Service Manager will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Financial Advisers through understanding their requirements.
  • Providing support to Financial Advisers and their staff in order to develop their understanding of the Transact platform.
  • Handling all queries received either by phone, email or letter.
  • Processing requests to agreed service levels.
  • Prioritising and managing your own work load throughout the day.
  • Quality checking your own work and the work of your colleagues.

We’ve saved the best ‘til last. You!

You will be fundamental to the success of our business.  Within the role you will be assisting our customers on a wide variety of queries, providing guidance and support and most importantly, building rapport to encourage and cultivate ongoing relationships with the financial advisor firms that we work with.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and who has a real passion for the financial services industry and for providing a high quality service. To demonstrate this you will have strong communication skills and previous experience within a corporate customer service role from within the financial services industry. You will also be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, being of a meticulous nature and able to “get it right first time”, along with an understanding of some of the key financial products that we work with.

In return, you will receive a great base salary, a generous company discretionary bonus and benefits package including a generous company pension, BUPA healthcare, season tickets loan along with 25 days annual leave.
