Man Group has a new opening for a Client Services Analyst.

Main Purpose

Work in close partnership with the EMEA & LATAM Sales teams providing sales support and assisting with their client's needs. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do and we strive to provide the best client service in the industry.


  • Coordination of client meetings and operational due diligence meetings
  • Communication and support to sales teams on new products, changes to product range etc.
  • Recording and maintaining prospects, product interests and opportunities in Sales Force
  • Interact effectively with Management, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations etc. to resolve operational and product queries
  • Correct allocation of all inflows for sales teams and intermediaries
  • Input as required for all projects impacting sales teams
  • Support with communications, marketing, and client events
  • Implementation of new commercial agreements and the ongoing maintenance of these agreements (Intermediary, Rebate, Platform agreements etc.)
  • Organisation of bespoke reporting arrangements
  • Client onboarding through provision of fund dealing documentation and providing support for complex investor transactions
  • Escalation point for Sales in relation to any Transfer Agent service issues including assistance with error resolution as necessary
  • Management of trades for funds that have soft closed

Key Skills & Experience

  • 2:1 Degree and relevant industry qualifications would be advantageous (CAIA, IMC etc)
  • At least 5 years' experience of working in financial services
  • Understanding and experience with client on-boarding, agreements, and general client services
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • A European language is helpful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
