Our client, a respected global firm, manages a range of equity, fixed income, multi asset and alternative strategies showcasing outstanding performance amongst their peers in the asset management industry. They are continuing a successful period of expansion within the UK and wider European market for some time.
We are looking to speak to individuals with an asset management background with around 1-3 years in a client services/relationship management/sales support role, ideally with exposure to or knowledge of UK Institutional Clients. The successful candidate will support senior Sales Directors in providing a first-class client experience to the firm’s UK Institutional Clients (including pension funds, insurance, etc. as well as investment consultants), acting as the first point of contact for existing clients’ queries and responsible for project managing the onboarding process with the dedicated onboarding team.
This is a diverse role offering a high level of client interaction and the opportunity to cross sell to the firm’s existing clients and would be suited to an individual with a proactive approach to engaging with clients, who is happy to take the initiative.
