As Client Solutions Expert - Credit Vision based in our London office, you will be responsible for the customer engagement process, including technical demos,  scoping, proposals, and requests for information.  Further, working on onboarding plan and ongoing customer success. 
The below tasks further elaborate your goals:

Take ownership of the demo content and process.  Update as the product evolves.  Provide strategic input for how the sales process can be improved;
Work closely with Alter Domus sales and relationship management to craft proposed solutions for client needs;
Manage portfolio of active “proof in concepts” with prospective clients, ensuring the proper features and value proposition are delivered.  Accountable to converting a % to signed clients as a key KPI.
Running CRM, pipeline, forecasting, system landscapes, client on boarding processes and putting together relevant presentation and documentation is key aspect of this role;
Keeping up to date with industry issues and trends and participation in relevant industry forums;
Close collaboration with the Credit Vision Operational Leaders to facilitate efficient operations and to ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures;
Acting as point of contact in relation to Credit Vision commercial client requests;
Partnering with clients to gain a complete understanding of the client’s business, objectives and challenges and future needs.  Interact with senior stakeholders to understand their challenge and technical hurdles;
Learn new product features and releases and use them to advance sales  conversations;
Work with Credit Vision management to ensure overall client satisfaction and continuous improvement of service quality and process efficiency;
Opportunity to participate in industry events, industry publications.


5+ years experience at B2B / tech / data SaaS business targeting the financial services sector.  Role such as account manager, onboarding or implementations manager, client success manager are a plus.
Strong knowledge of the Credit industry, the business and solution needs of industry participants;
Subject Matter Expert in a key element of the loan markets: financial data, technology, or operations;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster positive interaction with external and internal parties.  Able to articulate complex information in simple, clear presentations;
Strong analytical skills and cross functional knowledge to assess opportunities and implement sales process improvements;
Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast paced working environment;
Team player with strong interpersonal skills;
Client-focused - you enjoy talking to clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering a great solution for them
A problem solver you can respond decisively and effectively when things go wrong;
Excellent MS Office, in particular PowerPoint, and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM);
