Description of the Business Line or Department

The Commercial department is responsible for implementation and the development of the business. We achieve this though intelligent planning, reliable operations and creating productive relationships with the Private Banking team/s.
Due to the variety of different roles within the Commercial team from Marketing, communications, KYC and Project management. The Commercial team is able to facilitate supporting the Bankers, the Investment team and Wealth Planning when providing a service to our clients.


Summary of the key purposes of the role

The primary purpose of the role is to support the Commercial Director, Commercial management and the relationship managers to deliver commercial initiatives, analyse data to identify growth opportunities and manage risk.

To support the Commercial Chief Strategy Officer by:
• Reporting on key projects
• Building innovative tools to support front office
• Identifying, in cooperation with the Heads of Private Banking, clients for key marketing events;
• Assisting on the production of key presentations and committee packs


Summary of responsibilities

• To assist in the management of the Commercial Chief Strategy Officer, which involves amongst others:
- tracking of actions and timelines against the commercial plan and the commercial calendar.

• Completion of all Sales Management tasks including:
- the annual budget process;
- the monthly business momentum initiative;
- the periodic commercial commentary and pipeline management;
- implementation of various campaign's;
- fees management, and
- preparation of management presentations (Board, PBC, PPC, REG Visits, Staff Presentation, etc.);

• Management and Implementation of Commercial and/or Head Office Projects, e.g.,
- Projects FOCUS and Cross Border (incl. the exit of all relevant markets and implementation of market purity);
- Structure Review and Core/Non-Core analysis;
- Pipeline Data Migration
- Closure of Audit Points
